Excellent and responsive staff and absolutely amazing accommodation. Luxurious and big units with an awesome view. Unbeatable excellent location, in everything in the best way. Close to restaurants, the entire island from there, and the center. Honestly no reason to complain.

i stayed in this amazing hotel for 9 days, had relaxing experience, loved its absolutely perfect location very close to the entire island and restaurants and pyrgos. there were new-fashioned, quiet rooms with the bedroom and an awesome view, as example.

Our stay at Alunia was worth every penny. The room was luxurious and the value for money was exceptional. The location was perfect, away from the tourist chaos but still close enough to explore the island. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and Ado, in particular, was always there to guide us and ensure we had a wonderful journey.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The room we had included central heating, a work desk, and satellite television. The hotel has exceptionally nice location close enough to the center and Santorini.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were exceptional. The staff was attentive and helpful with all of my needs. Additionally, the breakfast was delectable and provided a variety of options. Although the location was down a very steep hill, the transportation provided by the hotel made it easy to explore the area, including nearby restaurants and attractions.

Hotel was lovely, good services, and it had peaceful location in the middle of jackson. Location: the property was so close to restaurants and the entire island from there. The food we tried was nice and they have a wide array of meals to choose from.

The rooms were nice and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff were generally helpful with directions and suggestions for things to do in the area. , the breakfast selection was tasty and had a decent variety.

Christmas was a major disappointment. There was no festive spirit in the hotel at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Alunia Incognito Suites. The property itself was stunning, with a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere that made it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and a breathtaking view. The location was great, being central to everything in Santorini and within walking distance to the village shops and restaurants. We also had the luxury of a private pool, although it was a bit chilly. The highlight of our stay was the amazing receptionist, Ada. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She gave us excellent recommendations for things to do in Santorini and even provided us with a phone number to text for any assistance we needed. we highly recommend Alunia Incognito Suites for anyone visiting Santorini.

There were a few small improvements that could have made our stay even better. The breakfast, although delivered to our room, was often cold due to being from an external catering company.
